Conditions

  • All bookings are guaranteed by a one-night deposit.

  • Cancellation prior to visit will attract AUD $25 administration fee.

  • For cancellations less than 7 days prior to booking date, 50% of deposit is retained unless we can rebook the room.

  • For non attendance without cancellation and same day cancellation, 100% of deposit is retained.

 Check in time 2pm - Check out 10am (Times can be varied by prior arrangement.)

Please note that although we endeavour to keep our rates constant, they are subject to change.
