All bookings are guaranteed by a 50% deposit
Cancellation prior to visit
will attract AUD $25 administration fee.
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to booking date,
50% of deposit is
retained unless we can rebook the room.
For non attendance without cancellation and same day cancellation, 100%
of deposit is retained.
Please note that although we endeavour to keep our rates constant they are subject to change.
Your Hosts Val and Martin will ensure your stay at Rosevale House is memorable.
During your stay come and go as you please, or just sit and relax either on your own
private verandah or take advantage of the verandahs that wrap around the house.
Wander down to the creek that borders the southwest boundary of the property and maybe
catch a glimpse of the platypus or turtles that call the place home. Sit and appreciate the abundant birdlife from tiny wrens to
the big, black red tailed cockatoos.
Go down to dam and catch sight of one of the turtles that live amongst the water lilies or watch the cormorant drying its wings after a fishing trip in the dam.
At the right time of day, pretty faced wallabies kangaroos, echidnas, possums goannas and many beautiful
native birds may be spotted.
