Our Guest Rooms
Rosevale House began its existence in Moorooka in Brisbane in the early 1930’s. The ornate plaster ceilings
demonstrate the artistic nature of that period. About 20 years ago, the house was transported from Brisbane to its present
location.
The beginning of your perfect getaway begins with a complimentary homemade Devonshire Tea. We offer our guests an old-fashioned
friendly service, with the opportunity to relax and take pleasure in the abundant
bird and wildlife to be found in the beautiful grounds.
Rosevale House has two ensuite guest bedrooms with their own private verandahs overlooking the gardens.
Each bedroom has polished wooden floors, a Queen sized bed with quality bed linen and
ensuite facilities with complimentary toiletries.
In addition, each room has a fridge, which contains a complimentary bottle of wine (local when available). Tea and coffee
making facilities are provided together with homemade cookies. Relax on your own verandah or watch a DVD in your room.
Heating is provided to take the chill off those winter mornings before the sun warms up the day and the whir of the
ceiling fan lulls you to sleep in the warmer months.
In our Guest Lounge watch television or
catch up with the daily newspapers. Packs of cards and a selection of board games are available if
a competitive urge takes you. Select a book from our library to read whilst you while away the time with a cup of tea or coffee
or maybe a glass of wine.
Each morning you can partake of a
traditional hot gourmet English breakfast or vegetarian alternative in the guest dining room, or on your own private verandah.
